The Roaches are 3 miles north of the market town of Leek, It is an ancient borough and was granted its royal chater in 1214.  The Spa town of Buxton, Carsington Water, and the beautiful valleys of both Dovedale and the Manifold are also close by. Alternatively you may just like to relax in a tranquil setting within this hidden gem of a county.
